So is it wrong to mention both of these in a sentence? I only do because for the past two nights, I’ve had a doughnut with my glass of milk before bed. How can I do that while claiming to be on Weight Watchers? Simple, at the end of both days, after meeting my healthy guidelines (3 milks, 2 oils, over 5 fruits and veggies, lean protein and whole grain), I still had enough points left (8) – crazy right? It’s true. I guess when I eat the simply filling foods, and don’t sit in front of the TV for long, I don’t eat as much. Who’d a thunk it.

Now, let’s see whether the scale agrees with me next week!
